We ship your order via FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), United State Postal Service (USPS) A signature will be required upon delivery. Generally the item will leave the warehouse in three to four working days. if it is in our warehouse. If not it could take longer. If it takes longer than 6 working days, then you will be notified. The transit time is in addition to that, and approximate transit times are given below. If you need special handling, i.e., expedited handling, please note that on the comment section on the order form. There is an $20.00 fee for expedited handling.

What is the return policy? Your satisfaction is very important to us. Your items will go through a two-tier rigorous inspection before it is shipped to you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product once you get it, you can return it to us for exchange or refund, in accordance with the conditions stated below, except for "clearance sale" items and International sales. Your requests for return must be received by us, via email, within 24 hours of your receiving your item. You will be issued an RA # (return authorization number,) which you must clearly write on the package. Without that your item may not be accepted or, if accepted, will not be credited to your account. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be given after this 24 hour period. All international shipments are final; there are no refunds or returns on the international sales and shipments. Once your order has been received by us, you will not be able to cancel that order. Sales and clearance items are always final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unaltered, with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. All returned goods must be shipped back to us in an appropriate size box with appropriate packaging materials. Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that merchandise be returned via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS with proof of delivery. We must receive all returned merchandise within 7 days of you receiving the goods or else no refund will be issued. Upon receipt of authorized returned goods, we will issue a credit for the amount that was charged to your card, less actual shipping cost incurred by us to ship the item to you, including expedited shipping fees, drop ship fees from the manufacturer, and any other fees that was associated with the shipping of your product to you, whether it was charged to you or not when it was shipped, and a handling and restocking fee of 38% of purchase price, before any discounts.
